Partnership with SendtoNews Official

RAPID CITY, SD — We are pleased to announce a partnership between Free Sports Press and SendtoNews, an industry leader in sports video syndication.

SendtoNews distributes and monetizes exclusive video content to more than 1,400 broadcast and purely digital publishing properties across North America. Their network includes content for the National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, ECHL, ACC and Big Ten Sports, NASCAR, the PGA and LPGA tours and more.

It has always been a goal of ours to provide accurate, timely, and engaging content to our readers.  Over the years we’ve been able to expand from only offering text-based articles to including in-game photography and hype videos.

But with minor league sports it was difficult to offer the same level of video highlights often reserved for major professional sports.

SendtoNews helps to fill that void.

Thanks to our partnership with The Sin Bin we became aware of this wonderful organization and were able to strike up a similar partnership after we learned of the array of sports highlights available.

The amazing staff at SendtoNews has worked with us to deliver content that mirrors the sports we currently cover with an assortment of customized players.  As you may notice we already have a feed on our main page for both the Rapid City Rush and the Florida State Seminoles.  As the sports seasons progress/change we’ll be moving feeds from the NHL, MLB, and NBA into the main page as well on a rotational basis.

Along with that you’ll see a floating video added, when available, to our game recaps for FSU, the Rush, etc.  We feel this will offer our readers a greater experience for the games we do cover.

Here’s an example of the highlights from Rapid City’s most recent game, a 3-1 victory over the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Likewise this will also be included in our already published mobile app along with our upcoming “Sin Bin Rush” mobile app that we hope to have published by March 1st (better late than never, right?).

Again, we’d like to thank our continued readers for their many years of love and support.  We hope you enjoy the latest addition to this site.  We’d love to hear your feedback in the comments below.
