Denver BroncosDENVER -- Brady Quinn leapfrogged Tim Tebow, at least for one night.

Kyle Orton, who has rendered the quarterback drama in Denver a question of who will be his backup, led the Broncos on two touchdown drives in a 24-10 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Saturday night.

Quinn had a mostly solid performance, throwing a touchdown pass but also an interception, and Tebow had a sack and a big scramble in cleanup duty.

The game was marred by an injury to Bills running back Johnny White, who was strapped to a body board and carted off the field after his head was driven into the grass on a clean tackle by linebacker Mario Haggan in the third quarter.

Denver BroncosARLINGTON, Texas -- Tim Tebow scrambled far to his left, inches from the sideline, saw some resistance and headed back the other way. He was around the middle of the field when he decided to pass, lobbing the ball over a defender to a waiting teammate, who took off toward the end zone.

It could've been the latest addition to Tebow's legacy -- if only he hadn't gone a full stride over the line of scrimmage, a lineman hadn't illegally moved down the field and another teammate hadn't clobbered someone in the back.

Instead, by the end of it, even one of the officials was chuckling.

Tebow's schoolyard play came just before halftime and stood as the play of the game, until Dallas' Stephen McGee threw a 13-yard touchdown pass and a two-point conversion with 15 seconds left, giving the Cowboys a 24-23 victory over the Broncos on Thursday night.

Denver BroncosOpinion on Tim Tebow's NFL future is clearly divided, but count LeBron James among the many fans of the former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback.

James took to Twitter on Wednesday, supporting Tebow and proclaiming, "Tim Tebow will succeed in the NFL. He's a hard worker, a student of the game, a natural born leader and most of all a WINNER! It takes time and he'll be nice."

James' tweets were in response to comments from ESPN NFL analyst Merril Hoge's criticism of Tebow earlier Wednesday on Twitter and "SportsCenter."

Hoge wrote on Twitter: "Sitting watching tape off bronco offense from last year! Orton or Tebow? It's embarrassing to think the broncos could win with tebow!!"

Appearing on "SportsCenter" on Wednesday, Hoge, a former running back with the Pittsburgh Steelers, offered a strong critique of Tebow's game.
